Each stick burns for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on airflow, humidity, and how the stick is placed. The fragrance lingers in the room for 2-3 hours after burning.

Yes - all our incense sticks are made from 100% natural ingredients: sustainably sourced woods, resins, and botanicals. No synthetic fragrances or chemical binders are used.

Store your incense in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in their original packaging or an airtight container. Properly stored incense can last for years without losing fragrance.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days (US) and 10-20 business days (Europe) depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes, we ship worldwide from China. Orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees charged by your country - these are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please burn incense only in a fire-safe holder, in a well-ventilated space, away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended. Our products are not intended for people with severe respiratory conditions or smoke sensitivities.
